When choosing a cross-border network subscription, consider the route first, then your data needs. 4444VPN brings international routes, anonymous no-logs service, and unlimited devices together in one subscription. Choose a location for your use case and a data allowance that suits your habits—no need to plan a separate subscription for each everyday device.

How to use international routes

Speed, privacy, devices, and billing each deserve a closer look. Before choosing, map out how you plan to use the service over time.

Assess speed and peak-hour performance separately

A page loading quickly does not guarantee a stable long-term connection. Cross-border access depends on your local network, the route, and the destination service; peak hours make sustained performance especially important. 4444VPN offers a choice of international routes. Try one location at the times you actually work or stream, and compare loading, reconnections, and sustained transfers. If congestion occurs, try another route in the same location before switching locations. Check the route type shown in the panel. A single test cannot replace the full experience, and a shorter geographic distance does not always mean a faster connection.

Anonymous, no-logs service—and protect your credentials

4444VPN follows an anonymous, no-logs service policy. You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Keep your login details and subscription link secure. Don’t post the full link in public forums or casually share screenshots of your account page. Treat your subscription link like account credentials, not an ordinary URL. A network connection service’s privacy policy is separate from the account rules of websites you visit. You remain responsible for the information you submit, your browser session, and any accounts you’re signed into.

One subscription across your everyday devices

Unlimited devices

Simultaneous devices

Work on documents on your computer and check messages on your phone without having to rethink your subscription every time you switch devices. 4444VPN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited simultaneous devices. Keep in mind that device count and data allowance are different: if several devices transfer data continuously, monitor your remaining allowance. Check the client’s connection status and routing settings on each device separately to avoid mistaking an import issue on one device for an account problem. Find the client and subscription links in the user panel.

For AI tools, keep your exit location consistent

AI tools can have different network requirements for signing in, ongoing conversations, file uploads, and developer requests. Rather than switching locations frequently, focus on whether the exit location suits the service and whether the connection stays stable during your tasks. Start with a location supported by the tool, then compare routes within that location. If a request fails, first distinguish between a web session, account permissions, and a network connection issue. 4444VPN provides cross-border network routes; the tool’s regional policies, usage limits, and account eligibility are determined by the platform itself.

For streaming, check the target library

Whether a stream plays depends on the exit location, the platform’s checks, and your account’s eligible regions. A location listed in the route selector is not a guarantee that all content will play there. Check the target library first, then open a specific title and see whether playback starts and continues without buffering. Video quality also depends on your local network, device decoding capabilities, and streaming plan. After changing routes, if the page still shows the previous location, check the client connection and browser session, then follow the steps in the streaming guide.

Check the refund policy before choosing

14 days

Refund for any reason

Your experience depends on where you connect from, your local network provider, and the services you access, so check the refund policy before choosing. 4444VPN offers a 14-day refund for any reason; see the Terms of Service for full eligibility details. After getting started, test the connection with your usual locations, devices, and usage times—not just by checking whether the homepage loads. If you need help, submit a ticket through the user panel and include the client, route location, and circumstances of the issue. Keep order details for billing or refund questions, but never include sensitive credentials in public feedback.

Route locations and how to choose

90+ countries / 250+ routes. The table below shows examples of popular locations; it does not guarantee a specific route type or streaming result for any location.

Start by checking the location requirements of the service you want to use. For work and collaboration, focus on reliable sign-ins and long-lived connections; downloads and video depend more on sustained transfers; developer tools may also rely on multiple service domains. If no specific location is required, try a nearby location first, then adjust based on performance during your usual usage times. For long-distance access, don’t focus only on the shortest distance on a map—congestion along the route can affect performance too.

IEPL, relayed, and direct describe how a route is arranged, not a speed ranking that applies to every network. Keep the destination location the same and compare different routes to better identify what’s affecting performance. Protocols and routes are also different: a protocol affects how the connection works, while a route determines the path data takes. For more on the trade-offs, read the protocol reference, then choose an available combination in the panel.

Client and subscription access

Sign in to the user panel to get your subscription. The panel provides our clients for all platforms except iOS. For iOS, the panel displays the available access option based on your plan status.

For your first setup, check your account and plan status in the panel, then open the client downloads section and choose the option for your platform. After installing the client, return to the panel to get your subscription, import it, and refresh the route list. Seeing route names confirms the import worked, but you should also select a route and open a service you use regularly to confirm the connection works. Use the same panel entry point when setting up another device.

If the client reports an import failure, check that the subscription was copied in full, your account is in good standing, and the client supports the subscription format. If routes appear but you can’t connect, check the route selection, system proxy, and routing mode instead of repeatedly creating accounts. See the setup guide for the full process. If you need help, describe the step you’re on in a support ticket; don’t share your subscription details publicly.

Choose a plan that fits your usage

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Upgrades partway through a billing period are prorated based on the remaining days. Start by considering how often you use the service, then compare data allowances.

You don’t need to estimate data needs based on the number of devices alone. The same device can use very different amounts for messaging and long video sessions; multiple apps updating at once can also change your typical usage. It’s more practical to check your actual usage, then decide whether to change tiers. The examples on plan cards are only meant to help you understand usage patterns, not to promise a fixed number of viewing hours or files.

Monthly plans suit people with regular usage who prefer a monthly allowance. Data packs suit people whose usage is less predictable and who want to keep unused data available. Compare the billing models separately, and don’t mistake a data pack price for a monthly fee. Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT; payments and order checks are handled in the user panel. For upgrades, order status, or refunds, check the relevant details on the plans page and in the Terms of Service.

FAQs before getting started

Check your account, devices, and billing rules first. If you run into connection issues, work through the troubleshooting steps.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details safe, and treat your subscription link like account credentials. Save the necessary order details for reference. When contacting support, describe your use case and any error messages; never post your full password or subscription link publicly.

How many devices can use one subscription at the same time?

There’s no limit on the number of devices connected simultaneously. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Each device still needs its own client setup and subscription import. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data: check your total usage against your plan allowance when using multiple devices at once. If one device has connection issues, check its network and client settings separately.

What’s the difference between a monthly plan and a data pack?

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Data packs remain valid until used and never expire. Monthly plans come with 60GB, 250GB, or 500GB for ¥9.9/month, ¥18/month, or ¥28/month, respectively. Data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Choose based on whether your usage is regular, then compare allowances.

What should I do if a website still won’t load after connecting?

First, make sure your subscription is updated and a route is selected. Then check the client’s connection status and proxy mode. If regular websites work but a particular service doesn’t, check its regional requirements, account status, and any messages on the page. Keep other settings the same and try a different route for comparison. If the issue persists, submit a ticket through the user panel with the platform, selected location, and error details to help distinguish local settings from a problem with the service.

Which payment methods are supported, and where can I find the refund policy?

Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. 4444VPN offers a 14-day refund for any reason; see the Terms of Service for full eligibility details. Check payments and order status in the user panel. Keep your order details handy to reduce back-and-forth. If payment is complete but the status hasn’t updated, first check the account and order, then explain the issue in a support ticket.
